Cathy is an experienced HR professional with 20 years of national and international leadership. Her experience spans US, Ireland, UK and pan-EMEA roles in Financial Services, and the dynamic Manufacturing and Telecommunications sector based in Ireland, with significant Pan-EMEA scope and accountabilities. Most recently, Cathy was Director of both Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition for Europe for the former Lucent and newly merged Alcatel-Lucent company.
Experienced in a wide variety of progressive company and diverse country cultures, Cathy has provided coaching to business and HR leaders at every level. Her varied roles, across multiple business settings has given Cathy first-hand experience of the challenges leaders face in today’s highly dynamic and competitive business environment.
As a seasoned and successful Manager herself, Cathy’s pragmatic and insightful approach is underpinned by a high standard of business ethics and a keen sense of social responsibility.
Cathy is also a qualified and experienced psychotherapist, and applies this in-depth training and experience to her pragmatic, authentic and dynamic coaching expertise.
